The frying machine in this line is specially used to make braised chickens or other poultry. The machine help to fixen the color and the shape of poultry before steaming. The frying vessel contains both water and oil, and the oil floats on the water. During frying the dregs and candy on the poultry sinks to the water, and then is drained out of the frying machine automatically.

You can choose gas or electricity as fuel to heat oil.

The machine contains a temperature system, a conveyor system, a lifting system.
